During COVID-19, our Twin Lights Historical Society built this new website to better serve you.

We are happy to report that we have had a steady (though smaller) stream of visitors, even while our doors remain closed during the pandemic.  And now, for those of you who wish to explore Twin Lights in more detail, our website now provides new "virtual doors" to interesting blogs and instagram posts by NJ State Park Service and Society historians, plus an online Museum Store.

We wish to thank the New Jersey Council for the Humanities for their Covid-19 Response Grant that made this all possible, Matt Paul Catalano for his exquisite photography, and semgeeks digital agency and consultants, Belmar NJ, for their outstanding branding, website design and gentle guidance, as our volunteer-run organization begins to drive our new vehicle for communicating with the online world.

Know that you are playing a vital role in this unique treasure of the Jersey Shore. Show support through your volunteerism. With opportunities that will fit your schedule, contact us today to learn how.

Giving Back

We need volunteers like you to keep the mission and heart of Twin Lights aglow. By donating your time, you not only receive the satisfaction of knowing you are helping to keep a rich history alive, but gain hands on experience.

Devote some of your free time to a cause you love, protecting the historical landmark of Twin Lights. Share with friends and family the historical role played by the Twin Lights in Maritime navigation and wireless communication.
