Lighthouse Log 2025Oct08 what a great Full Moon night climb we had!

The rain stopped, the wind blew away the clouds, and hundreds watched the bright orange Harvest Moon rise over the Atlantic. Our lawn areas were full of picnickers and our 8 volunteers enabled 250 tower climbs.

Many thanks to jazz guitar duo Richie Bielak and Rob Silver for setting the mood, and NJ Parks for staying open way past normal closing time.

Our many guests who parked over at the high school and walked over were treated to a momma fox and two kits frolicking and curiously watching as we strolled past in the lush grass, with the Twin Lights in our sights.

Our Lighthouse Keeper was overjoyed at the turnout and the weather, and looks forward to seeing you all next time!!
